I'm a PhD student (geothermal energy/engineering science), now a year into it and it's going well! I found a lovely place through this site, however I'm unfortunately having to vacate for approximately 4 months while they have some work done. So I'm looking for something for approximately that period, however the owner understands if I did end up staying on at the new place.

Anyway, now for the spiel lol, I'm responsible, tidy, quiet and respect other people's spaces. I'm a former homeowner myself, so I understand the need for others to respect your home.
I enjoy a nice interesting chat now and again, but I also appreciate my own space. I also have my own office at the city UoA campus and will probably spend quite a bit if time out of Auckland, so I should should be a very low impact homestay student :)
