I am a 38 years old male. I have been living in Auckland since 2018. During this time, I have lived only in one flat meaning that my landlord has been happy with me :)
I hold a PhD in Mechanical Engineering.
I should mention that I am a non-smoker person. A clean and tidy person who respects others' privacy. Nevertheless, I would like to socialize with people around me when possible.
Currently I work as a full time Materials Engineer in North Auckland.
The reason of looking for a new place is that I have started a new role and thus need to be close to my workplace.
I am looking for a place preferably to stay long term.
