Hi, I’m Xiaoyu from China. I’ll be studying at the University of Auckland. I will come to Auckland with my boyfriend, so we are looking for a friendly, clean, and well-connected home which can accommodate a couple : )
- I am an outgoing, self aware, and neat person. I love hiking, music (singing and playing the guitar), photography, and I’m super excited to explore life in New Zealand. My boyfriend is a fitness enthusiast and a music lover (he plays the piano). He has a good personality and temperament. Our relationship is solid, and we’re both easy to get along with. We are n-smoker/drinker. Both of us enjoy a balanced lifestyle and a harmonious home.
- I enjoy bonding with flatmates, but I also value my alone time. I’m fluent in English and Chinese, and while my Cantonese might not be perfect, I can definitely hold a conversation. I’m partly out of the apartment for uni, so if you prefer a quiet place, that’s totally cool with us. We are looking for a non-party flat that has a friendly vibe .
- Budget: $380 p/w includes all expense. Open to discuss if any extra costs.
- Location: Ideally Central. May consider elsewhere for an awesome fit. Public transport access is a must.
- Move-in date: We’re looking to settle into Auckland from late December (updated), specifically around the 26th. We will be glad for an initial weeks homestay to get ourselves sorted. If everything feels right, we might continue renting/looking for a longer period. :)
