I am tidy, clean, quiet and responsible. I will be moving up from Wellington to Auckland in January for work and am looking for a place to stay for 6 months or more as I am new to Auckland. Since I am unfamiliar with the area, I would appreciate a place where I can settle in comfortably and have time to adjust to the new city and its surroundings. I am very independent and you can count on me to always pay rent on time and respect your household rules and routines. Good access to public transport would be ideal, as I will need to commute to work in Grey Lynn.
