I am a Master's student at Waikato University and moving to Auckland in March 2025. I am looking for a place for two, me and my son who is currently learning at Bucklands Beach Intermediate (BBI).
We need a place in the BBI and Macleans College school zones. Our budget is $600, but we can negotiate. We prefer to rent an apartment or a nanny flat. If not possible, we are open to living in the same house with others (with a proper renting fee), but we would need two separate rooms and require privacy.

I do have reference letters & will provide them.
