Messages remain on our website, they cannot be lost.

We send a separate email notification to the person you contacted to advise there is a message to read on our website.


You can open your Sent messages from the Dashboard.

Against each sent message will be a tick and a cross. A tick indicates the message has been read by the recipient. A cross indicates it is unread.
