A beautiful 5 bedroom family home in the 'golden triangle' of Panmure. Three minutes walk to the nearest bus stop and 10 min walk to the train station. Location is easily accessible to the city centre and Manukau (both within a 20 min train ride) and (3 minute train journey) to Sylvia Park shopping centre.

The home consists of myself, a school teacher, my 17 year old son and two others, as well as a rabbit called RB who lives outside and a puppy called Pip. The room available is fully furnished with a queen sized bed, a large fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, lamp, and chair, and internet, bedding and linen is provided. There are 2 living spaces and 2 shared bathrooms in the house and a lovely large garden where fresh fruit and veggies are grown.

There is also a beautiful little sleep-out available (currently occupied). This is ideal for short-term stays for $185 a week. Please see photos provided
