I have enjoyed being a homestay host for 10 years. I live in Waiake, near the beach, between Browns Bay and Torbay, with easy access to Massey University, Albany Mall, Rangitoto College, and AUT North Shore.
The room is bright and sunny with a King single bed, dressing table, study table, and clean bedding available.
You would share a bathroom with one other student. Have unlimited internet access, Power, water, and central heating.
The room and amenities are $280 per week. A pantry, fridge, and freezer space are provided, and the kitchen facilities are available for your use as I work 4 evenings a week.
