We have a single and a double room available preferably long term.
Includes Board/Rent for Room, (Power, Water - fair usage) & Internet, Shared bathroom with other homestay guest.

The house will be shared with Single working Male so Male Students or Male, working people are preferred.

Plenty of off street parking.

The Kitchen is available for cooking and you can use utensils, pots, pans etc.

We are close to all eateries, shopping malls, public transport, a short drive to Mission Bay beaches & parks. We have The Landing Reserve next to our apartment.

New Market Mall is a 10 minute drive & We are a short bus ride to Auckland University.

We have a bus stop and convenient store 2 minutes walk from our house.
