Clean, tidy, responsible and considerate. Must be reasonably self sufficient ie can take responsibility for themselves.
Double bedroom and shared full bathroom with one other person. Double bed, bedding, double wardrobe and bedside table. I can do the laundry and some meals. I am full time employed 5 days a week. Bus stop 10min walk.
