We have 1 room available in our downstairs flat ( bedroom 1) sharing with one other female student. This room is only suitable for another female.

The flat has an open plan fully furnished lounge, kitchen dining area. The bedrooms are very seperate and the bathroom is exclusivly for downstairs rooms.

The laundry is shared with myself.

Cooking facilities include a fridge freezer, bench top air fryer/ oven, microwave, electric frying pan, 2 x hotplates, kettle, toaster, sandwich press, rice cooker and all kitchen utensils. So self catering is easy. You can request dinner at an extra cost.

We are a working couple with a cat called Wilbur who lives upstairs with us.

Direct bus route to the city and Auckland University.

The bus stop is just across the road. The train station is approximately 15/20 min walk if you prefer.

We are very close to Unitech approx 20 min walk or 5 mins bus.

Pt Chev beach is a 10 min bus ride.

Owairaka Park is 2 min walk where you can run the circuit or walk along Oakly Creek and enjoy what nature has to offer !

We are a short distance (walkable) to Philips Aquatic centre ( swimming, spa, hot pools, sauna etc) and a short bus ride or walk to St Lukes Westfield shopping centre.

We are also in walking distance to Mt Roskill Mosque.

Couples considered $350 per week .

Price is per room and includes power water and wifi washing powder cleaning products and toilet paper.
Off street parking available.
