We have a room available on our home as our current flatmate is moving to south

We live in a beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house in Avondale, sunny and with beautiful garden, deck and open areas.

Room is available from march 2022, house and room are fully furnished ,just come in!

Location is perfect, we are close to schools, walking distance from UNITEC, motorway, pak n'save, train station and 2 min. to bus stop to city or 15 mins drive away.

We are looking for one person to join our house, we are a family of 3 young adults (30's) and 1 eleven yo kid. We look for an easy going person who value this house as her home and take care of it, we are mostly introverts who hate dramas , tidy and considerate.

Rate is $210pw + $30 expenses a week include, power, water, gardening, internet and general cleaning supplies.

2 weeks bond + 1 week in advance

Meals can be arranged at an extra cost
