Backing onto Cox’s Bay reserve, the unit has a semi-covered patio area that outlooks the backyard and garden. The room has direct access to small dining area, kitchen with gas oven, lounge and bedroom with two wardrobes and a bathroom with shower. We have a nice sunny bedroom with a double size bed and fibre broadband available.

Living upstairs, we are a small family of 2 adults and one child living in Ponsonby in central Auckland. We are a 5 minute drive to the CBD and have many amenities available in the area, a bus stop to the city and surrounds is at the top of our street. You are also able to walk to the city. Our street is very quiet and is next to a park. We also have a labrador called Jack who loves to cuddle. We cook a lot of asian european meals. We also have bikes and many sporting equipment available like kayaks. You can also walk to herne bay beach from the house. This price is negotiable depending on how many rooms are needed.
