We have a clean, warm, quiet, and newly refurbished flat in Favona. It has new carpet, new dishwasher, new heatpump, new kitchen. There is easy off-street parking right in front of our house and the bus stop is a 2 minute walk, the bus goes directly into Auckland CBD through Newmarket so you dont need to change buses to get into town.

We have one large room available. The room has a new Queen bed, new desk, new tallboy. We have a vegetable garden growing fresh produce. Our flat has 3 other english speaking people, one from New Zealand and 2 others from different countries, so we are looking for homestays who are friendly, happy to meet a variety of people, and who are clean.

There are no meals provided but we have an excellent kitchen.
