I am a workingfemale looking for a female boarder. I have one room available in a two bedroom house in South Auckland (Papatoetoe). Happy for long stay students/workers from India who are quiet, respectful, clean and pay rent on time. Please note hygiene/cleanliness is a must.

My house is in a quiet area and hence suitable for students and also workers doing shift work. Rent includes power, water, wifi. The room has a double bed, bedside drawer and a spacious cupboard. If you have a friend who would like to share the room with you, rent can be worked out.
