House
A large house with four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Three bedrooms share 1 bathroom and a separate toilet. The house offers a spacious lounge and a large sunny deck, perfect for the summer BBQs. There is a parking space available by the house.

Who we are
Your hosts will be a working professional in late 20s, a teen student and a house cat in his prime years. We are all quiet and respectful.

Travel to Auckland City Central
Ellerslie is an affluent inner-city residential suburban area within Auckland. It is located 7 kilometers to the city centre. There are several buses close by, which will get you to the universities within 30-40 minutes.

Pets
We are open to have other pets in the place as long as they get a long with our cat. You are welcome to bring your pet to the viewing so that they can have in introduction to each other.

Safety
Smoke alarm. The area is nice and quiet with good neighborhood.

Homestay fee includes
The use of electricity, water, unlimited and fast internet, wardrobe, curtains. There is a central heat pump that warms up the house. Furniture is negotiable.
