We are a young asian couple who looks for someone to live with us. Our existing homestay student is moving out on 24th November. Our house is a cute 2 bedroom unit (approximately 53 sq. meter) that has been recently renovated. Its is not fancy, but modern and well-functioning. Not luxurious but is welcoming and everything is clean and tidy. The house, including your room is fully furnished. You just need to come with your suitcase!
The room is very spacious and comes with a double bed, a bedside table, study desk and a built in wardrobe.
Unlimited wifi provided.
LOCATION
The house is located in a lively centre of Royal Oak, surrounded by restaurants (KFC, McD, Wendys, Pizza Hutt, Noodle Canteen, Fish & Chips, Japanese, Thai, Chinese takaways etc etc), Supermarket (Pak n Save), Gym (Jetts & Snap Fitness), clinics and the Royal Oak Shopping Centre, ALL WITHIN 3 MINUTES WALK (no kidding)!!
It is within 15 minutes drive to CBD. If you don’t have a car, you can always catch a bus to the city. The direct bus runs every 3-5 minutes (bus number 30 and 295) to and from city. There is also a direct bus that goes to/from Sylvia park and University of Auckland Epsom campus and Epsom Grammar school. All bus stops are within 3 minute walk from the house.
MOVE IN COST
Move in cost is $1,300 which includes
Bond $1,040 which is equivalent to 4 weeks rent. Bond is refundable at the end of your stay, providing you and/or your guests don’t cause any damage to the property during your stay. Rent of $260 per week payable weekly in advance. Rent includes water, electricity and internet.
