Is not self contained. Share bathroom, laundry and kitchen with married professional couple who own house. Can offer study assistance to NZST students as I am an ex-Tutor. Secure off street parking and 12 minute walk to Southmall train station and buses. Tidy Females need apply only. Would consider two females sharing space for right candidates and would reduce price per person. Includes Unlimited broadband internet, resonable power and water. Bar fridge and bbq available for use. Modern designer kitchen available in house for cooking also. Two hammocks and near new sun recliners available for use which are amazing in summer.
