We have one room available. Room is upstairs with a queen bed, desk, heater and wardrobe for $290 a week. Linen is provided and I will wash the linen once a fortnight. You will share the bathroom so you must be clean and tidy.

We will provide dinner. For breakfast you may have cereal, fruit or toast.

We have two young kids, two kittens and a backyard. Our house is very close to bus stop.
