We are a friendly family of 5 and live in Castor Bay, on Auckland’s North Shore in a two storey modern and sunny home with panoramic sea views. We have 5 bedroom home, with 3 main bedrooms and bathroom upstairs and 2 spare bedrooms downstairs and a private toilet downstairs. Our home is secure and safe with plenty of room to move and a alarm system.

About the area?
We are situated very close to bus stop (only 4min walking distance), and short walking distance from Milford shopping mall, beaches and Auckland's CBD via bus (20mins).

• Takes 20mins bus trip into Auckland’s CBD

About Us:
We are friendly, and young family with lots of experience hosting international students from all nationalities. Host father works as a General Manager in retail and host mother is a stay at home Mum to school aged children.

We are offering single bedroom downstairs from $250 per week

• 1 single bedroom (downstairs) with single bed, desk, drawers and courtyard - $250 per week.

What do these room include?
• Breakfast and dinner 7 days a week - we eat a good variety of meat, vegetables, rice and pasta every day.
• Unlimited WIFI
• Heating during the winter months
• Bed, linen, desk, lamp, cupboard and drawers

What do we expect in return?
• Keep a tidy bedroom and help with light chores around home such as pack dishwasher and occasionally clean your bedroom

Our Ideal Student/s:
Would preferably be female or male who is friendly, mature, independent and tidy. Someone who will be an extension of our family and wanting to experience the Kiwi culture and lifestyle.

We ask for 1 week board as bond in advance.
