Lovely three bedroom home right in the centre of Belmont shops. Bus stop to Takapuna or Devonport right near the home.

Two toilets, one bathroom. One toilet will be your own use :-)

You will be staying with myself, Aimee 32 and my five year old daughter 7 days per fortnight. I work full time so you will have plenty of quiet time to study if needed.

Room fully furnished with single bed, desk, chair, drawers and wardrobe.

I would be happy to provide dinners or more upon discussion for extra (I am a great cook!)
$250 includes water, power, unlimited internet and lawns.
I am not a smoker, but OK for you to smoke outside only :-)

I work in Albany and drive through Takapuna morning and evening so can assist with lifts to and from certain places.
