We are a family with a home located in the central location of Grey Lynn

We already have lots of experience hosting international people
We’re looking for independent people that are responsible and tidy. ( sorry prefer female)
We are within walking distance to the Grey Lynn shops and bus stop with one stage to Auckland City Centre and the Universities.
Our accommodation includes a fully furnished room with single bed and bedding supplied, wifi, use of kitchen and bathroom/ laundry/ fridge
All fees are inclusive of utilities, internet access and use of washing machine for laundry and kitchen

Our house is situated in Grey Lynn.
We are close to the city centre - 2km and about a 15 min walk to Ponsonby Road.
The nearest bus stop is just up the road (5mins) and we are close to all amenities including cafes, restaurants, shops and the beautiful Western Springs lake park and zoo.

Our home has a calm, tropical feel, with retro furniture.
Our dining area has an open kitchen with a gas hob.
You are welcome to make your own meals.
We have a separate fridge for you to store your groceries and an area for your own food.
We have a shared bathroom and a toilet upstairs and downstairs.
We have a large tropical garden to relax in and enjoy the birds.
