Stay with a friendly Kiwi family and get help with your English. Mum is an experienced ESOL teacher. Three teenagers, and one small friendly dog. Our university student boarders are away Nov-Feb, leaving two rooms free. Warm, dry home with central heating, HRV and insulation. Generous shared bathroom, spacious living area with open fire, and unlimited fast WiFi (fibre). Big deck, BBQ, lawn, fruit trees, garden. Extra storage space in garage. Quiet safe leafy street, friendly neighbours. Very close to multiple bus routes. Most suitable for females but all applicants considered.
