We are a young professional couple looking for a guest in our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Remuera home. Remuera is an affluent neighborhood in Auckland, NZ. Central location with easy access to the city and public transportation. Our house is near the bus stop so there is easy access to the Central Universities.

The rate includes the use of all linen, sheets & towels, pots, plates, cutlery, and condiments. Free unlimited high speed WiFi, heat pump, laundry, power & water.

Breakfast is available and we will supply cereal, toast & spreads. You are free to use most things in our pantry or fridge for your cooking. We do not cook other meals. You will need to make your own meals. The kitchen has facilities to cook your own food but please be respectful as we do not consume meat.

We do not allow any pets or smokers. This is non-negotiable.

While we do like to socialize on occasion, we prefer professionals or quiet self-sufficient students as we both work full-time and travel often.
