Hi guys, we have a bedroom available in our home located in Albany Heights. Very close to Albany mall, Massey University and the Albany bus station. Street parking is available and we are also two minutes walk away from the bus stop.

The bedroom available is the master which comes with an ensuite, two wardrobes and an aircon. The room is on the second storey, which is the only bedroom on that level. Right next to the lounge room and kitchen which are communal areas you’ll have full access to.

Current household is 2x women in their early thirties and 1x 7 year old angel girl. We enjoy gymming/sport. We don’t mind a social butterfly or hermit house mate as we are a mixture of both.

We are preferably looking for a female house mate. We will provide breakfast.

Rent is not inclusive of bills but this is generally $30-35 per week (gas, internet, power and water).

Move in costs are 4x weeks rent for bond plus 1 week in advance = $1750
