We are a working couple in our mid-30's looking for a flatmate.
We live in a recently renovated 1950's bungalow with all new appliances and fittings.
The property is very centrally located with restaurants, parks, shops and cafes at walking distance and the bus stop and local dairy literally right outside the property. Waikowhai Bay is walking distance and you will be spoilt for choice choosing which direction you want to go for a walk as this part of Mt Roskill is teeming with various walking tracks.
Rent includes - power, internet, water and occasional meals with us (We love to share meals and have a nice conversation to unwind after a hard day's work).
The room comes fully furnished (Sony Smart TV included) and with its own private access from the backyard but if you want to bring in your bed, we can surely empty the room for you. Central heating and a fireplace will keep you nice and toasty on those cooler nights.
About us : We are an easy going couple who love to travel and meet new people.
I am an architect and work from home 2 days a week. I spend my weekends cooking, binge watching Netflix, hanging out with friends and going out for a nice meal.
My husband is a Contact Centre Manager and also works from home twice every week. You will find him kicking back with a pint of craft beer/dram of single malt on the weekend.
We both love to entertain and usually have friends over for drinks and a meal on weekends.
This is a jovial, social and convivial household. Our ideal flatmate will be someone that is open minded and considerate.
