Homestay in Parnell

Large double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and private balcony, with wonderful views.
Based in Parnell, Auckland, you will be very close to Parnell Road and Newmarket, with access to public transport, including Inner Link bus (city) and Outer Link bus (universities), as well as Parnell train station and Newmarket train station. Parnell and Newmarket both have extensive shopping, and restaurants. Auckland Domain and Museum are both just a short walk from the house. The room available from 6th of February for $420 per week. Breakfast, dinner, Internet, power, water, etc, all included.
You would be staying with a nice, friendly family, mum, dad and daughter (9 years old), who will make sure you are safe and comfortable, while living with us. Our preference would be for a female Chinese student, as my wife and daughter are Chinese and can both speak Mandarin and English.
