We are a busy working family with two small boys. I work part time not far from home and juggle life around our children.

We have a self contained, studio flat to host the right guest. Has its own kitchen and bathroom facilities and has recently been fully renovated. Will need to be kept clean and tidy by yourself. This is a separate access from the house and can be locked internally for security/piece of mind.

We back onto the park and very close to the train and motorways. Also more than happy to help with travel when needed at times.

We are a very friendly and caring family, looking for an independent individual who wants their own space. Provide wonderful dinners (Mon - Thurs) by my husband who is an amazing cook and happy to include your other needs in our weekly shop.

Fiber internet, Netflix, Neon and free view on own TV included, plus power, water etc included.

No smokers or vaping.
