I have had the privilege of hosting and efficiently helping more than 50 international students to rapidly develop their English language skills over the past 23 years.
Our home is situated in the lovely suburb of Chatswood Birkenhead on Aucklands beautiful North Shore.
It is close to the city, bus stops, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, schools, gyms, recreational centres, and many other amenities.
We have three rooms ranging from $230 $280 up to $350pw depending on the room and how many people in the room.
Some rooms are available now.
Couples or singles that are not homestay students, families integrating into New Zealand, or travellers must be working full time, clean, tidy and very reliable with payments, (no exceptions).

I have hosted people from all over the world many international students, travellers and families that have come to New Zealand to start a new life. I am comfortable with people from different backgrounds and cultures. I have hosted students and people from Saudi Arabia, China, Korea, Japan, Thailand, India, Germany, Colombia, Argentina, Chile and other countries.
Our home is a peaceful, relaxed environment and very clean and tidy.
At the bottom of our street is a beach accessed by a stunning natures walk, surrounded by New Zealand native trees and bush land. There are hiking trails all around the area where our home is situated.
