the house is large , sunny and is a quiet location. There are many decks to relax on.

Bedroom rent is $350 weekly and food is $120 per week.

Close to bus stops for travel to the city ( 25 minutes) and a 5-minute walk to St Heliers village and beach. Supermarkets and cafes are in the village and at the end of the road.
