The room is newly built, fully insulated with a nice view which looks out to a private secure garden. The house has 4 bedrooms, a laundry & 2 bathrooms.
The homes is shared with 1 adult & 2 kids who stay just 50% of the time. However, the main bathroom will mostly be free for you to use.
