Use of kitchen needs to be discussed with me the host. Prefer not to have strong cooking smells through out the house.

Prefer your personal laundry to use laundromat especially during the winter months. No smoking, vaping or drugs allowed on the property
If keys are lost they need to be replaced by a new set.
Quiet policy after 10 pm and earphones used for music and TV.
