The room is a double bedroom and have own toilet and shower with own living room area.

Our rent include facilities such as reasonable use of water / power and unlimited fiber internet.
And some household such as toilet paper /hand wash / dishwashing products / cleaning products. We require to clean the kitchen after using it and wash own dishes and place it to the dishwasher and wash own clothes using the washing machine and keep the bedroom tidy and clean. Food is not included

We are family with children aged 11 and 4. We both working during weekdays and sometimes weekends.

At weekends we bring our children with their activities and tutors. We are very approachable, flexible and generous family.
Our house is very close to the Hibiscus motorway. And 5mins to walk at Hibiscus bus station going to the Auckland City centre/Britomart station/Auckland university.

And very convenient to most shops and Pak and save grocery and near to the Orewa beach.
