Welcome to Our Peaceful Retreat in Albany Village!

We’re a professional couple living in the serene Albany Village, an area known for its tranquility and natural beauty. Maria is a registered nurse who loves staying active with dancing, hitting the gym, and going for walks in the local park. She’s also passionate about cooking, entertaining guests, and enjoys reading and drawing in her downtime.

Joseph is a registered psychotherapist with a private practice nearby. He’s been training in Kung Fu and Tai Chi for over 20 years and is equally at home in the great outdoors or gaming with friends. Our friendly dog, Maggie, who’s also a therapy dog, adds warmth and comfort to our home.

Our location is ideal, with Massey University just a 5-minute walk away and easy access to high schools like Albany Senior High and Rangitoto College. The nearby Albany bus depot offers convenient routes to the CBD, other universities, and beyond.

If you enjoy shopping and dining out, Westfield Albany is just a 5-minute drive or a 30-minute walk away. It’s a one-stop hub for fashion, entertainment, dining, and more.
