We are a bilingual family of five (13 year old boy, a 3 year old girl, and 6 month old boy), as well as a handsome and quiet cat. We love music, football and spending time outside. The 13 year old loves playing video games and would be super excited to have someone else in the house who does too!

Our house is a beautiful sunny place, surrounded by trees and birdsong and we have the beach at the end of our road (just 450m away). The room is a tidy, fully furnished master bedroom with its own bathroom, private entrance, single bed, bedside table, and desk. It is warm, sunny and private as it is separate from the main house. There is a home gym in the garage that you would be welcome to use too - it is equipped with dumbells, kettlebells, bench press, barbell.

We are 15 minutes walk away from the shops, restaurants, cafes, pharmacists, supermarkets, gyms and takeaways of Browns Bay. Bus stops are a 10-minute walk away, and they service all over the North Shore and Auckland City.

Price is negotiable according to how many meals we provide. The current price of $330 does not include meals. If you would like us to provide meals for you then we can negotiate a little to find something that works for both of us. The price includes water, power, and unlimited internet. There is off-street parking.

As well as English, we speak fluent Spanish and French. We love meeting people from around the world and learning about their culture, music and food.
