Quiet and safe street, Very convenient location whether you are driving or using public transport:
- 15-20 mins walking distance to Albany bus station, that acts as a connection hub.
- 25 mins to CBD via NX1/NX2 from Albany bus station
- few minutes driving to Albany Park&ride where you can park and catch the bus
- 5 minutes driving to Massey University, Albany mall and surrounding supermarkets and shops
- 10 mins driving to browns bay beach.

I would appreciate a responsible and clean (female only) guest.
I'm a 37 yo software engineer and works from home most of the time, we speak both English and Arabic at home as we are originally from Egypt. We respect and appreciate different cultures.
We are a friendly and quiet moderate Muslim family, so I would ask the guest not to consume Alcohol or cook any pork products at home.
