Our large family home is located in a safe suburb that is close to the beach, shops, motorway and bus access.

I am a single mum who works full-time with a 14yr old daughter and an 11yr old son (who live in the house every second week).

We have available a large fully furnished private room with a double bed, study desk and double wardrobe, along with your own big ensuite bathroom.

The weekly cost includes reasonable usage of electricity, gas, water and unlimited wifi.

You will have access to the entire house to share with our family, including a stunning kitchen, media room, living area and we are happy for you to join us in our family outings if you would like to.

Additionally there is plenty of parking and I work in Albany and drive past Albany bus station and Massey University every weekday so I am happy to offer a lift.
