We are two professional females who own the home however one is moving in with their partner so have a spare room in our almost new home (built in 2021).

The room is a double bedroom and has a king sized bed, double wardrobe, desk, and spare computer monitors. We have a shared bathroom, which is on the same level as the room. The living/dinning and kitchen is shared and should have almost all the things you will need.
We tend to share the cleaning to make it easy on everyone and we are all respectful of each others space.

We are a ten minute walk to the Manukau train/bus station, ten minute walk to the Manukau mall and also the Manukau Institute of Technology.

There is a third flatmate who is a student at MIT, he is quiet and tidy.

The Auckland international airport is a 15 minute drive away and happy to pick up.
