Our Apartment is in the heart of Kingsland, a a hip residential neighbourhood with coffee roasters, brewpubs and wine bars, many of which host live music nights. New North Road has popular spots for brunch and New Zealand’s beloved meat pies, as well as trendy vintage clothes stores. Nearby Eden Park stadium hosts cricket and rugby matches, and the district borders Arch Hill Scenic Reserve, a vast green space with walking and mountain biking trails. We have a master wing available - large bedroom, walkin robe and ensuite with sliding doors onto balcony overlooking Japanese gardens and pool. The Apartment has another double room with separate bathroom occupied by a Business School Student "roomie". Fully furnished to suit, one carpark and weekly rental includes water, gas and internet.
