Welcome to our home, which is situated in the quiet suburb of Sunnyvale in West Auckland. It's a peaceful area nestled between Henderson and New Lynn. We're conveniently located just a 12-minute walk from the train station, which offers easy access to the city and Swanson. The bus stop to New Lynn is right across the road. We're close to the New Lynn Mall and Henderson Mall, along with various shops.

**Neighbourhood:**
Sunnyvale boasts a range of amenities, including the Westwave swimming pool, several gyms, and a nearby dairy store within walking distance. There are plenty of takeaway options available. Every Thursday, there's a night market in the car park under Kmart Henderson, just a 20-minute walk from our house.

**House:**
Our home is in a very quiet area, surrounded by native trees and a small stream. The neighborhood is peaceful, with quiet neighbour's. The house itself has a large deck that overlooks a green enclave, providing a serene environment.

**Room for the guest**
We offer a reasonably sized bedroom equipped with a comfortable double bed and a built-in, spacious, and dry wardrobe, and also features a desk for your use. The bedroom has direct access to the large deck, perfect for enjoying the tranquil surroundings. The living room, which includes a TV, is attached to the bedroom (share place). You will share a bathroom with our son. Additionally, we have a separate laundry room with a washing machine and dryer for your convenience. You will be responsible for maintaining your own clothes, either using our laundry facilities or the nearest laundromat.

**Meals:**
The options are:
$300 without meals
$400 inclusive of breakfast and dinner
There is a separate fridge and freezer available for you to store your food.

**Additional Information:**
Our household also includes a couple of friendly cats and the dog, adding to the warm and welcoming atmosphere.
