PARNELL in the hub of Auckland city. A lovely quaint neighbourly area. In walking distance to generally everything you will need and places to be, close to buses stops and train station.
Fully furnished house/room. Room fully set up for students/travellers/workers
Room as a double bed, wardrobe, bed side tables, drawer, lamps, desk, chair, mirror, small stereo and TV. Internet. Big back yard, outdoor table and chairs to have summer meals.
Property is older style with character in the CBD area close to University, 10-15 min walk, vehicle 5-15 depending on traffic, public transportation buses or train, handy to supermarkets, restaurants and other attractions Museum etc.

You can take a leisurely walk to Rose garden, pools or city centre. If you like to explore a bit further to the eastern bay beaches, Okahu bay where kelly Tarltons underwater world is, further along is Mission bay, Kohimarama, St Heliers Bay lovely beaches and if you want to eat at the restaurants and bars there’s a lot to choose from or grab a pizza or fish n chips to soak in the sea view or sun set.

House is quite and tidy. Non smoker, but if you are smoker please smoke outside etc

Only requests is to keep the house and room clean and tidy. Clean up after themselves.
Pretty easy going, happy for down time and privacy if they prefer

Min stays is 8 weeks and available up to 6 months. If longer happy to accommodate and discuss utilities.
