Patio area at the front - for those who like to vape or smoke must be outdoors

Comes with a community stray cat that we have adopted.

As your host, i am 35 female, foster parent and carer though no kids at home, friendly and family orientated, helpful and knowledgable, clean and accomodating.

About the location/area

Close to Sunnyvale Train Station, Bus Stop Right outside, 15 minutes from Henderson & Glen Eden. 20 minutes from New Lynn and 30 mins drive or Train from Auckland CBD.

A lot of industrial, hospitality and warehousing work nearby for students with working visas and those on working visas.

Local education institutions and an easy train or bus into the main CBD for more prominent campuses across the road from the house.

Stadiums nearby for local sports and music concerts and events.

Night Markets and Decent Shopping Malls & Cinema’s at Henderson, Kelston and New Lynn.

About the House-

West Side Town House Queen Sized Bedrooms available for short term stay.

No designated parking on site - first in, first serve that being said its relatively available and can opt to park infront of the house gate.

Small patio front area for those who wish to vape or smoke must be outdoors.

Work from home not a frat or party house.
One cat on site - adopted stray,
One Bathroom and Open Kitchen leads to modest sized living area small patio area.

Wifi, Power and Water included.
No Meals Provided or Pick/ Transport
