We have a brand new double bedroom with ensuite available. The room is on the bottom floor and it has its own entrance and privacy.

Ideally we are looking for University students.

We are a family of 4 ( 2 adults and 2 kids)

The house is in a great location and walking distance to all amenities like public transport, shops and restaurants. It all also close and easy easy to motorway to the city.

Price includes Board, Wifi, Electricity, and Water.

No access to main house, therefore kitchen and laundry facilities not available. There is a laundromat just a few minutes walk away.
