About this homestay
Hi, ours is a 2 level home with an extra room and a bathroom that we would like to let out to a student/working single male or female. We are a family of 4 and reside 15-20 mins drive from Massey University in Albany. Home is close to motorway with an easy access to a dairy shop, fuel station, bus stop and other amenities. The beach is about 5 mins drive. We have a separate kitchen which could be used by the tenant, if they require.
