Hi I am a well-travelled kiwi(small part American) living in central Auckland.
My unit is in a quiet block with 3 other units in the building and I have lived here since 2007! There are 2 bedrooms, one larger and one smaller but both can have a double bed. Before that I was living in wellington and San Diego. We are 20 minutes walk to Britomart/ commercial bay or 1 bus stop, which is at front door. Very warm, cosy, spacious and light filled 2 bedroom apartment, to share with well-traveled 50 yr old kiwi-american (me!) and my toy poodle/maltese pups.
We are walking distance to beaches, Pt Erin park &, swimming pool is just down the street.
It is a safe and picturesque neighbourhood, good for walking and seeing beautiful old villas, and also dog watching, which I do a lot of.
The closest landmarks to me are Westhaven marina, pt Erin park and pools, less mills gym and Victoria Park, sentinel beach and home bay(several other beaches nearby). Wynyard quarter is a 15 minute walk, if you use jacobs ladder and cross over at Westhaven marina. Commercial bay and Britomart is a 20-25 minute walk or 1 bus stop.
It is a private room of course and I am able to help with shopping or whatever is needed to make your stay relaxed and enjoyable. I was born in Washington due to my fathers work, but I am absolutely a New Zealander from wellington( and not an American!), and as such I am well-travelled, university educated and I enjoy crime shows such as Broadchurch, anything BBC masterpiece and film, especially foreign ones.

To relax, I do some jogging, beach swimming, puppy playing and seeing family or friends. I am quite relaxed, friendly, open and always happy to help others where I can.
I spend too much time on my MacBook in my bedroom, but I will try to change that if I have a guest! House is 3 minutes walk to Ponsonby Road and 5 minutes walk to Herne Bay Metro supermarket or 10 -15 minutes walk to New World Victoria park. I can supply meals if need be or else you are welcome to do your own, which some might prefer. Especially after you try my cooking. There is a full kitchen great for cooking and baking, which will love any attention from those who wish to use it. House is fully furnished and there is an off street carpark. The actual address is unit 2/ 77 Jervois Road for location. I usually nurse elderly and young adults with special needs, but I am currently taking a break and trying to tidy up this old house and enjoy our lovely summer.
