We have a lovely self contained area downstairs in our Remuera home. Suitable for a single person who is studying or working. Large bedroom, own bathroom, lounge area and kitchenette. Laundry is shared.

Living with a family of 5 including three busy toddlers upstairs! Person must be comfortable with children (noise during the day) and pets (one cat) 🐈‍⬛

Private access means you can come and go as you like - no need to come through the main house.
