i am an English grandmother 70 years old but young at heart. I am a retired Artist. I have cared for students for over 15 years . I live in a safe and beautiful area on the North Shore, 10 min walk to the bus stop and 10 min drive to the city. The house is modern with beautiful views from your bedroom. I love to cook and there is always plenty of food and fruit. My family live very close and I have a loving relationship with them especially my 14year old granddaughter. I have recently hosted a Russian girl who was here doing volunteer work, and an Italian girl who was a working artist. I enjoyed their cultures very much. Please note that this is a female only house. I am looking for a mature lady who is looking for a comfortable quiet home
