I am offering a double room, with a single bed, side drawers and a chair and Table. You will have a bathroom all to yourself. However, it is shared only when guest arrives. Water, Power and internet are included in the board amount.

Breakfast - I have cereal and toast.

Please note, if you are willing to live by house rules:
- no food consumed in the bedroom.
- shower everyday but limit to 5-7mins.
- no guest in the premises
- no cooking facility available but space in the fridge is available.
- laundry is available to use on a rostered basis.
- You are an independent person.
Then, I will be willing to negotiate board amount to $ per week.
