We are looking for a mature student/worker to stay in our 3 bedroom home.
We have 2 rooms available both with a king single beds, the single size room is offered at $210 per week.
Both rooms have a closet for hanging clothes with few shelves inside, 1 set of draws, study desk and chair.
The price includes water, power, fibre internet and usage of all cooking utensils, general cleaning products and washing machine.
All we ask is to be mindful of your power consumption.
All amenities are close by, the bus stop is a 1 minute walk away which takes you to the city and surrounding suburbs, there is also a diary 1min walk away.
