The room available is a double room, with your own bathroom, wardrobe and double bed.
Bus stop a couple of minutes walk, Waiake beach 3min walk. Short commute to city.
Internet, water, included. Meals negotiable. Short term negotiable also.
You may need to contribute to the electricity bill should the bill exceed standard amount.
$200 per week, $200 deposit and one week in advance.
